What counts as a log entry?
A log entry includes any AI model interaction, compliance event, bias detection alert, or system audit record. This covers API calls, model predictions, compliance checks, and monitoring events.
How does overage billing work?
Overage is calculated per 1,000 logs above your plan's included amount. For example, if you're on the Starter plan and use 1.1M logs, you'll pay $100 for the additional 100k logs (100 units × $1 per 1k logs).
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated based on your usage and the remaining time in your billing cycle.
